Rice pudding has been a childhood favorite. Definitely making this esp with the lower cals. And love that you used honey for the sweetener!! That vanilla paste is so good i just picked that one up a couple weeks ago..the little specks got me 😂

By far one of if not my favourite cooking channels out there. The fact you do both anabolic and regular foods, and the tips you provide is a game changer. For this recipe, what is your typical serving size? Being type 1 diabetic I'm always weary about sugar content and may have to make some substitutions to lower the sugar/carbs here, though I really want to try this as is lol Anyways, keep up the amazing work and content, can't wait for the next video!

Me trying lower calorie rice pudding: Mix 2 bags of shirataki rice noodles with one pack of sugar free, fat free vanilla Jell-o pudding mix. No wonder why it never tasted close to the real deal, I had no idea making real rice pudding was so complex. You can imagine what my bread pudding recipe looks like.

Please do an anabolic frozen custard! The froyo was bomb! Or even regular frozen custard would be sweet👌🏽

Hi mina. Really love your work. It's strawberry season where I am and my girlfriend is asking me to research some sort of anabolic bread or biscuit or something because more than anything she wants strawberry shortcake this time of year. So, I'm asking, can can you do a bro a solid ;)

I am usually lazy and when I make this I just throw rice and milk in the pressure cooker, mix in honey at the end and eat it that way, but this one is really tempting me to put in more work.

Where I'm from that's how we do a slightly less thicc version of rice pudding. First time I had actual rice pudding I was a bit disappointing expecting the basic rice and milk version (to which we then add sugar or cinnamon to taste, or other addins.)

When you said vanilla paste and then poured it out I wasn’t expecting basically vanilla syrup. What is your opinion on soaking vanilla beans in vodka and then scraping out the inside. Is it a waste of time vs just buying paste/extract? Also yes for regularish. Reduced calorie regular recipes.

Agree, he's got such an amazing niche here. Right in between restaurant quality food and anabolic kitchen, rather than one extreme.

it takes months to make your own, but if you buy high quality ingredients you can make it better than most grocery store. Any good vanilla extract will be a bit pricey

@@MinaAyoubChefI'd like to add that (at least in both Spain and the Netherlands) the initial investments to make vanilla extract is pricey, however it will be cheaper long-term. My mother bakes a lot and got the difference back within a few months, which actually shocked both of us, however even if you occasionally use vanilla extract, it's unlikely you'll ever stop using it or shop prices will plummet.

Also, I would be up for normal recipes. Though for me personally I most likely won't be able to cook it if the calories are too high. It doesn't necessarily have to be anabolic but I'd also rather not have it be my only meal of the day. Thanks for ricepudding recipe, I'll definitely be trying it out👍
