Great video! This is similar to the way I learned to make it growing up. The cardamom, ginger, and cinnamon are the MVPs in my opinion plus I add a dash of black pepper for that slight throaty spice. One major difference I noticed is you lightly roast the spices before grinding them, I’m going to have to try that the next time I make chai.
