Hop Water is the trendy new non-alcoholic drink that makes a drink with a pleasant bite, mild bitterness and the pleasant hop aromas of citrus and pine plus a few other flavours.
The only issue with most hop water/seltzer recipes is that you need to make a batch large enough to carbonate. This method produces a hop extract that can be used to make individual servings of hop water so you don't need any brewing equipment and the hop extract is stable for a long time. It is also quite affordable, coming in at about four cents per glass, which beats the $3.00 per can commercial hop water makers are selling their product at.
