🍒Berry kissel
1 l water (2 pints + 1.7 fl.oz)
100 g seedless cherries (3.6 oz)
100 g raspberries (3.6 oz)
100 g strawberries (3.6 oz)
100 g black currant(3.6 oz)
50 g corn starch + 100 ml water (1.8 oz + 3.3 fl.oz)
50 g sugar (1.8 oz)
🍒Prepare the kissel.
1. Mix berries, beat with an immersion blender until puréed.
2. Pour the puree into the water, add the sugar.
3. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Strain.
4. Mix the starch with the water, stir well so there are no lumps.
5. Add the diluted starch to the berry water, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Boil for a few minutes.
Allow the kissel to cool.
