Kombu Tsukudani(100 g )
100 g left over kombu from making dashi stock
500 ml water
2 tbsp vinegar
30 g sugar
20 Japanese pepper
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sake
60 ml soy sauce
some sesame seeds
