Your wall lamps are VERY Cute! As an alternative to soldering the wires after they've been twisted you can coat each connection with clear silicone adhesive or E6000 or electrical tape.

Thank you, I haven’t actually done that, I did use some electrical tape to seal the join, I’m sure your idea would also work
