It's basmatic Rice it doesn't really need perboiling so it won't be so soft and mulchy, except it's a normal Rice then u can perboile, they also soak the rice to get rid of some starch too

Really nice video it helped alot but y not use d normal names for the ingredients like for the habanero pepper I sent this video to a friend and she was asking me alot of questions like the names so next time I think u should use both the usual name and the other names you know something like that Anyways really nice video 👌
