Using the brand new Yellow Label Yeast to make. Clean Rice Vodka out of the reflux still
I Wanted to make a good rice vodka to have in my bar to give to my guests and this recipe didn’t disappoint the Rice Vodka give a somewhat savoury background to a sweet mixer.
My first time making anything other then a TPW wash and making a legitimate clean Vodka
Per 20L of mash
3kgs of medium grain rice
10litres of boiling water
18gms of yellow angel yeast
Ferment for 2 weeks then distill using reflux still.
Making heavy cuts, the tails smell like stinky cheese so I barely used any of the tails.
