How to make Sugar Chain with no molders!
1. Roll your fondant according to what size you want. Use a fondant smoother to get even rolls.
2. Tape two glue sticks together and wrap the Fondant rolls around. Wrap lightly and don't push as this only to get a shape of a chain and to make sure you get uniform lengths for each one.
3. Cut the rolls while wrapped around the glue sticks.
4. After getting your individual chains, brush each end of them with a tiny bit of water just enough to stick them together.
Side note :
Make two batches, the first ones should be dried atleast an hour or two.
The second batch, you will use to connect each chain together.
DO NOT LIFT the chains while you are still connecting them one by one, as this will cause to break or tear them.
Try your best to connect without lifting. Patience is virtue. 😉
5. Once done with the process, air dry for atleast an hour or two and if stored overnight, make sure you put RICE in the container.
