Thanku so much for this video i ve the same problm that u mention..but i was’nt know how to fix it.. Plz reply me..coz my merguin was warm nd butter was also cold lyk so it curddle i put the mixture in the fridge thought that its a waste now ..so how can i fix it noww?

Yes yes! Get about 1/4 cup of your buttercream and warm a bit in the microwave about 5-10secs. Add it back and it will become creamy. Pls let me know if you successfully made it! 😊

I tried making this the other day and my buttercream was extremely soft once mixed. When scooping it I to the piping bag, I course see it sliding down the side of the bowl.

Hi! Sorry to know. I think your butter is too soft, you can try putting it in the fridge to harden a bit, mix for a few seconds and its ready. I hope you didnt throw the buttercream yet 😊

Hi! Are your bowl and the attachment of your mixer dry or oil free? Or maybe your egg whites has a bit of egg yolk. 😊

@@mytummytreats5282 it didn't have any yolk nor any oil :'( but i did add a little less sugar as i wanted it to be less sweet...might that be the case? If so...what can i do?

Just a little bit of egg yolk will actually ruin the meringue in case you didnt see. Unfortunately you have start all over again doing the meringue. Tendencies are, your buttercream wouldnt be that fluffy, silky but you may feel some egg yolk in your buttercream 😊

Hi! The buttercream can actually stay at room temp for 1-2 days, refrigerate for up to 2weeks or freeze for up to 3months. Just make sure you put them in an airtight container. By the time you need to use them, bring ti room temp and then whip 😊

What if i want to make it a mocha swiss meringue how much amount would i add? Coffee? Water? Cocoa?

Hi Kristal! I usually dont do mocha cake but i tried this one: 2tsps vanilla extract, 2tbsps instant coffe or espresso powder dissolved in 2tsps of hot water and 170g of melted dark chocolate for stronger mocha taste. Mix all these and then gradually add them after making the swiss meringue buttercream. 😊

Need po stiff peak ung meringue then add ung butter but usually dahil minsan mainit pa ang meringue, mejo matubig xa pero try m kuha 1/4 cup ng meringue then ilagay s microwave. Add mo ulit then beat m until maging creamy ulit. hope maging ok ang smbc mo. Pls update me 😊 have a good day!

mine is soupy. i put it in the fridge then start to whisk it again using wire whisk at high speed. it breaks down the buttercream and turns soupy again.

Hi Aleyna! Sorry for what happened but dont throw it away!😊 it is better to always whisk buttercream at low speed. Try this, get about 1/4 of the buttercream and pop it in the microwave for about 10secs, add it back and whisk. 😊 Pls let me know if your buttercream is successful 😊

Since yours is soupy, let it rest in the fridge until its sort of a bit hard, then use stand mixer (hand mixer if not available). Its going to be soupy if the butter is too soft and the room is hot. The mixer also contributes heat that makes the butter melt 😊 I hope this helps 😊

Hi! Whqt do you mean runny? Is it after putting them in baine marie? Or after beating? If so, i think you have accidentally added a tiny drop of egg yolk.
