Milk 85g

~ How to make ~
① Make preparations
② Make dough
・ Warm white sesame oil to 80 ℃
・ Mix with oil and cake flour
・ Add milk warmed to 40 ℃ and mix.

③ Make meringue
・ Put granulated sugar in egg white in 3 portions.
Whisk with a hand mixer
④ Mix the dough and meringue
(Mix until there is no meringue)
⑤ Pour into a mold

⑥ Put hot water at 50 ℃ in the oven plate.
⑦ Bake in a water bath at 150 ℃ for 50 minutes.
