In this video, I’m sharing my experience of making sticky rice sausage in Italy with all of you, from sourcing ingredients, tools, recipe, operation to insights. Before this, I had no experience in using sausage casings. I did some homework before the operation, and managed to grasp some key points. The first time was a great success!
This video records my second time using Thai long grain sticky rice and processed pig casings to make sticky rice sausage. I hope it will be helpful for friends who are also in Europe and want to eat sticky rice sausage! ❤️

[ INGREDIENTS for 20 sausages 16/18cm each ]
Thai long grain glutinous rice - 1300g
Sausage casing - 36/38mm in diameter
Crispy fried shallots - 100g
Soy sauce - 5 table spoons
Vegetable oil - 5 table spoons
White pepper - 1 tea spoon
Chinese pepper blend - 1 tea spoon (optional)
Salt - 1 tea spoon
