Ingredients:
2-3 tsp ground coffee
120 ml (4 fl oz) water
60 ml (2 fl oz) dark rum
1-2 cloves
Sugar to taste
an aniseed star
Whipped cream to taste (optional)
Method:
1. Place the spices, sugar, ground coffee, rum and hot water in a cezve or coffee pot.
2. Place on the stove and bring to a boil.
3. Pour the coffee into a mug through a sieve.
4. If desired, put a cap of whipped cream on top.
Tip! The amount of rum can be varied.
