Hey Alex! I found your channel yesterday and since then I've spent all my hour just watching your videos. The travel ones are my favorite, but the how-to series is equally amazing for me. I graduated as a Journalist last year and have been always a fan of film making. For a bunch of reasons I never got the courage to just start my own stuff. I'm ALWAYS afraid of it. Thinking is not good enough. That it's superficial, that it is lame.... etc etc. This year I'm working as an Au Pair in Germany. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to share the image of the kids, but I've been building up the courage of travel videos only with me. You help A LOT. So Thank you!!

Thats actually a set of usefull tricks! These kinds of videos on youtube tend to be either som guy repeating his philosofie over and over in different words, some hard to follow rant out of an idea that hasnt been properly narrated (much like this comment) or just simply a bunch of duuh-tricks. These three points I can actually follow and try right away. I wish youtube was more like this!

thanks so much! I love your videos. Was wondering if you have one, or could possibly make one if it doesn't exist, on tips for filming things in public in which you obviously can't predict the future and therefore don't know what to film when. for example I may be out with my friends and I'm not sure if I should film one person or the whole group since I'm sort of afraid I may miss something

Tusenbensen I enjoyed it too. I think the main point were these: 1. Smooth motin (probably by using stabilizer) 2. Slow motion 3. Good sound design (by using sound effects) 4. Nice zoom in transitions Btw I'm a filmmaker and I work with similar transitions a lot. It would be awesome to get some feedback on my wor :)
