For warm roasted Quinoa salad
1 small cauliflower
1 small red onion
1 red pepper
oil
salt n pepper
2 tbps curry powder
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander
3 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbps oil
1 tsp grated ginger
2 cups boiling water or 19 fl oz
220g quinoa
salt to taste
bunch Kale
1tbps lemon juice
1 tbps olive oil
2 big handfuls sultanas
2 big handfuls crushed chopped roasted cashew nuts
1 bunch fresh mint
For Tahini dressing
4 tbps tahini
1 tbps Honey or Maple syrup
1 tsp sriracha
stir in enough water for pouring
