“Kuh-Feer” is how you pronounce the lime leaves haha that’s Kaffir. The probiotic beverage is just like you said haha “keef-fur” Loved this video - great, great content!!

I found a cool water kefir at Whole Foods called Buchi, and on the back of the bottle, it gave instructions on turning that bottle into a gallon more kefir water soda! Love being able to have probiotics without the caffeine (like regular Kombucha)

Does the second ferment water kefir still have a lot of sugar?

Josephine Stratton the first ferment doesn’t have much sugar in it at all, the kefir eats it! The second ferment has even less. :)
