1/5 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/5 teaspoon Dried Ground Ginger
1/3 teaspoon Ground Fenugreek
1/5 teaspoon Ground Coriander
1/3 teaspoon Cumin Seed
1 Diced Garlic Clove (optional)
1 3/4 cups Water
