Consider adding a video on different ways to paint in sky holes into the trees as well using gouache. I'll mix UB & BU with the white gouache to make very realistic sky holes that bring the trees to life. No, it is not a traditional watercolor painting but in some cases the painting will lack realism without using the gouache.

Correction: I use Dr. PH Martin's Bleed Proof White instead of Gouache. It mixes well with my W & N paints to give me any color tree holes that I need. Have a hill in the background of the tree, mix it with the hill color! Nice. Tree holes are the bomb! They make such a huge difference. The Masters used them a lot (Monet).

Glad you got your computer fixed, Sheila. They can be a nightmare when something goes wrong.

That first tree, the light is coming from the left. You've painted the darker leaves on the right which seems correct. But then you've painted the darker parts of the tree trunk on the left which should not be in shadow. Depending on the time of day the trunk is shadowed fully, but it doesn't feel right in this case.

I don't get how your colors don't get messed up in your tray (each square with color), since you don't always dip in water before moving from color to color.
