I'll use a Spyderco as an example... I wrap the knife itself in tyvek, put it in the original box. I use a flat rate bubble envelope to wrap/seal the spyderco box. I put the bubble wrapped box in the flat rate box you have there, using additional flat rate bubble envelopes as padding. Seal the box, tape the box, address the box (pro tip). Then I put the flat rate box in a not-USPS bubble envelope to send it "Ground" to save a few bucks because I'm cheap and it still gets there within 24 hours of when it would have, had I used priority. Absolutely overkill, but I take advantage of USPS sending me free supplies and I'll damn sure never have anyone making a video like this about me! Edit: and if it's an expensive knife going to someone I've never dealt with before, I'll record that entire process...
