Well, do THIS DRILL _ 👉👉👉 Every Coach will ask you to "Paddle Long & Strong" or Paddle BIG ! .. but it's impossible to do that once you BREAK the Power Triangle by having your BOTTOM arm BREAK the ELBOW early ( mid Thigh ) TO GET THE PADDLE out of the water to RETURN to the NEXT Stroke... This happens if your hip, body & shoulders are SQUARE .. there's no other way to get it out ..
👉👉👉IF you have a Hip canted to the side you're paddling .. which means your body is already rotated as is your shoulder ( attached to your bottom arm ) - LEAD with your TOP ARM instead.. RELAX, RELAX, RELAX your bottom & Lat to REST ... let your TOP hand pull your bottom hand FORWARD.. this NATURAL Swing/Rotation is like swinging a PENDULUM .. a BODY Pendulum .. a very ENERGY efficient way of Paddling ..
So when you see someone GOING FAST ... they are usually SMOOTH motion .. and it looks EFFORTLESS .. Yes you can see some go fast hammering away .. but HOW LONG CAN it LAST ???👈👈👈
