A picture of the end product would have been good to see. Also I have never heard of putting the fat side down while roasting. The fat is meant to "baste" the meat?

Sunday roast yum!! This reminded me of growing up and we would have Sunday dinner usually at around 2:00 come in the house with that awesome roast aroma. I'm getting hungry and its 11:25 pm.😂 Great video!!👍👍😁

That is a beef tip roast..I have them in my freezer from a butchered beef. my son had done this summer.
