You are so good at what you do. I love the way you elaborate on the preparation of the meals, it may seem like a waste of time to some people but to me it's the way to go, because anyone can easily understand and learn. I love Amala. I used to get excited growing up when I see it been cooked. Not my favorite meal but I do enjoy it up till now. I should go to my restaurant soon now that i'm craving for Amala. Thanks for the upload.

The liquid tin milk is 160ml while the cup in the video is 240ml which means 1 1/2 milk tin is equivalent to 1 cup. Please let me know if that helps.

Hello Mrs, the nylon is called cling wrap and the ash plate is known as igbako and you can get it from African store/ online. You can't because it's a long process but you can get your yam flour at any African, Chinese, online or check your local store for it.

Yam is white in color but turn brown after sun dry which gives amala its color. Please let me know if that helps Komlan.

Next time pour a little vegetable oil in the hot water before add the amala and the amala will not stick in the pot. Oh okay u know about the oil , why didn't u do it with the cooking
