Canning Wild Mushrooms is not recommended per the guidelines, but I think it has more to do with mushroom identification than the actual safety of the product. I ate all these jars and more without any troubles. Nobody became ill and everything tasted great. If you follow my simple instructions in the video with the general processing guidelines for your individual pressure cooker than this will likely work very well for you too.
I will hopefully have more to do soon and maybe make another video with a bunch more mushrooms going into the canner for the rest of the year.
