Americans don't say "shouldna", "wouldna", or "couldna". (At least, no American that I know.) Instead, Americans say "shouldn't've", "wouldn't've", and "couldn't've". Respectively, these sound like (1) /shu din tiv/, (2) /wu din tiv/, and (3) /cu din tiv/. Also, Americans say "should've", "would've", and "could've". They _rarely_ say "shoulda", etc.
