Join Cole Chance for a 15 minute yoga practice to reduce shoulder pain.
This is really a juicy nugget of a class filled with all of Cole's 'GO-TO' poses for opening up the shoulders. In order to increase shoulder mobility, avoid arching the back too much - keep a natural curve and if you're noticing that you're holding your breath, back-up a bit - we need to create space and continue to inhale + exhale fully.
