Did you know that the pectoralis (chest) muscle can be major contributor to rounded shoulders, pain in your deltoid region, and even pain in your upper back?!
The pectoralis major starts from your sternum, anterior (front) ribs, and half of your collar bone? It then inserts into your bicipital groove which is located in front of your upper arm.
Release this muscle of its knots or adhesions to improve your posture and to decrease pain in your shoulders. This is also great as post rehab work after chest day!
