The symptom I've always experienced (both Gen 2 and Gen 3 Priuses I've owned) is knocking developing when going over bumps. Handling was otherwise unaffected at that wear level. Both times I've checked the link boots and they were split open. Replacing the links solved the knocking.

By the way, the Gen 2 Prius had 349,000 miles on it before it was totaled by being rear-ended. It still had more life to go; no engine problems. But moreover, it still had the *original* factory CV joint boots intact. What alien material did Toyota make those from and why not the sway bar link boots, too? The Acura Integra I had before the Gen 2 required new CV joint boots every 40k miles or so.

If the end link is bad will the tire make noise like a bouncing noise? kinda like you have a big screw on your tire and you can feel it as the tire rotates.

I would not say that is a symptom consistent with stabilizer bar end link wear no. Usually what you get with worn or broken end links is abnormal body roll when cornering. Its possible that your issue could be in the tires itself. I would check them for cupping. If you have cupping I would replace your tires and struts.
