This video will show how to replace the drive belt for your auger on your Toro snow blower.
Usually the sign of a bad belt is that it has broke off, so the auger does not run at all, or it may be stretched or worn, causing the auger to not run well with a heavy snow load due to the belt slipping.
If you are in a situation where your auger partially runs, such as just the impeller, or just the blades, that problem is not the belt, but will be shear-bolts that have broken off due to an obstruction. Replace those, and that should take care of that issue.
This particular snow blower is the Power Max 826 OXE.
Belt part number is 106-4498
