I haven't been officially diagnosed. I had a CT scan to monitor a past health issue and the Radiologist stated that there was a lot of fat around my liver. My dr. never mentioned it, but I am going to work on reversing it.

Another tip is don’t eat late and eat the less amount of carbs because insulin will turn it into fat if you don’t use it as energy. So the less carbs much better results reversing the fatty liver.

i just wanna commend your videos. last August 2023 my insulin fasting bloodwork is 368 pmol/L, almost prediabetic but my glucose and Hb1AC is normal. But i know something is off, even tho my doctor said insulin bloodwork is irrelevant. today, i have lost a total of 25 lbs, and my fasting insulin is now 64 pmol/L. no longer pre diabetic and i know im on the right track. I wanted to thank you for your tips. Please also discuss hypoglycemia, which i think i start to feel from time to time since losing weight. Not severe but might need guidance on how to improve the up and down of sugar levels.

Hi Kait... long time aussie watcher,. I just recently had covid, my first time getting covid, was pretty bad, so took the antivirals. By the way I'm type 2 diabetic, but had managed to reverse it & have to admit once I did, I kind of took for granted that I did, we did a stressful house move from the Gong to Armidale nsw. After having covid things seem to have gone haywire... blood pressure went funny, pluses & blood glucose readings. So I'm trying to get back on track again. I'm walking first thing in the morning & after eating. Skipping breakfast, stop eating by 9pm ect... cutting back on carbs, but not totally. My blood pressure & pluses is doing really well, but not so my glucose readings. I'm starting the day at 6 or 7 readings & they are staying high. I am on metformin (1 tablet a day, which I take at dinner). My question (I tend to really trust you on your advice) ... Can I take this supplement & would you recommend for me to do so? Have or do you take this supplement? I had a terrible time adjusting to Metformin, so don't want to increase it. Having trouble finding good doctors up here, had a really good doctor down Gong way! One more thing, the cinnamon in the product, is it safe? There have been news articles about too much cinnamon being dangerous, I was a while back doing the ACV with cinnamon in a glass of water but stopped because of warning of have too much cinnamon. I also tried the ACV trick of drinking water & ACV... before carbs, my glucose still seems to rise. Thankyou for all your great advice, you really helped my husband & he put me on to you a few couple of years back now. Do have PCOS, had oophorectomy, braca 1 ... but still have all the issues of PCOS 😢 Was shatter when diagnosed with diabetes 2 .. so you are such a angel with your KZitem channel 💗 I am trying to stick to greens, low carb vegetables & healthy protein & fats... I do love a little pumpkin, sweet spud or a low GI spud... to treat myself. Is this supplement completely safe to use?

olive oil, macadamia nuts and lots of sardines and canned fish in general. I skip breakfast everyday - and knock back a glass of wine - just joking - always sparkling water with ginger lemon - some ACV - and black coffee with a little unrefined coconut oil....

Hi, new subscriber. I have lots of questions as I am type 2 with high blood psi. On meds for both now. I ask; how many times a day do I have to check glucose levels. As I understand it, level rises after eating, then they subside. What can I learn from my readings if they always fluctuate? Is is about keeping track of when and what I eat, and what foods spike my levels more that others, or take a daily average? I've been binge watching YT videos from a variety of seemingly very credible sources, but I'm finding a lot of conflicting info out there.

Had fatty liver 3+ years ago. Got rid of it by getting rid of sugar, refined carbohydrates, & ultra processed foods from my eating. I prefer eating breakfast 🍳 over dinner. My typical breakfast has eggs/other protein and stir fried veggies in olive oil/steam like broccoli, bok choy, & bell pepper. I try to eat fish 🐟 like salmon once a week, & sometimes stir in a tin of sardines packed in olive oil. I never had sardines until a friend served them at lunch a few years ago, & I discovered they tasted way better than tuna. There two brands that have sales of sardines about every 2 or 3 months: one packed in olive oil and the other in EVOO.

Tinned Sardines and wild caught tinned Salmon are the very best healthy things to take. ~~But there’s a certain species of Mackerel that’s high in mercury and another species of mackerel that’s low in mercury, so just do some research find out which ones.

Thank you for your helpful explanations. I appreciate that you stayed on topic and didn't include any unnecessary information. Additionally, I have a personal belief that consuming a spoonful of vinegar before each meal can be beneficial for overall fat reduction. You can mix the vinegar with some water, lime juice, or any fruit juice you prefer (just be mindful of sugar content). Here in Austria, we have liver-supporting teas that I occasionally enjoy drinking.
