Wash the pan with mild soap and immediately dry the pan , then apply just a teaspoon oil all over the pan ( top, bottom and handle )
Now in LOW HEAT , place the pan and add 2 Tablespoons of oil and heat for 20-30 minutes, (you will see little smoke ) After 20 minutes remove the excess oil and store or start making dosas.
First dosa make small one .
When every the pan is dry , apply one or two drops of oil to the pan .
If dosa is stick to pan just heat the pan and add water and clean, then apply oil to the pan.
Always apply oil , before storing .
