BUILD SASS STRENGTH with Skin The Cat! An awesome Ring Strength Movement that can be scaled to all Levels. This Straight Arm Strength skill can be trained on Rings or Bar and is a great addition to any calisthenics body weight strength program. Starting in the passive hang and pulling through inversion to the German Hang, pausing before reversing back out. To progress the body can be opened to increase the lever arm with the ultimate goal being a 360 Pull (straight body Skin the Cat).
