Wow! These work! All of them work great with immediate results. Thank you!! They get right to the problem and they're so simple. I've suffered from advanced TMJ Dysfunction with both joints permanently dislocated. The damage that's been done to my teeth, jaw and gums (now trachea and more) from not being diagnosed and treated cannot be believed. Some of the worst pain has been from trigger points that start around the jaw and cascade outwards, pulling my body out of good posture, causing more painful trigger points. I begged my physical therapist to give me something I can do to help with these super painful muscle spasms but to no avail. She said they're probably irritated nerves and that I need (yet another recommended) medical specialist to help determine what's wrong. She's fired.

As I was pressing under my collar bones, I could not believe the pain I felt there that I did not feel at all before this massage. I have had headaches at the base of my skull that was traps. Now, I see it might have been referred from my collar bone fascia. Thank you so much!

fantastic! i've had difficulty with poor posture all my life and have been using hand held weights and forcing my shoulders back while drawing in my abs and engaging butt/thighs/legs for 30 years; very hard work and an ongoing struggle. this routine is gentle, relaxing, beneficial (seems to me, intuitively) and provides immediate results. i'm going to try out the whole program. bravo!!
