Thanks for the comment. It's been a while since I've posted and felt it was a good idea for me to post something relevant, natural, and something that can be therapeutic for myself as well, as part of this personal process. Thank you for your kind words and wishes, and hope you continue your work on figuring out what's truly important and meaningful for you. It's tough sometimes with how busy the day to day is, and easy to lose sight of what's truly meaningful to us sometimes. Thanks for stopping by and for being the first comment on this vid!

Hi Dr Kim, Good to ‘see’ you again. Good video topic. My value review was recently done last month through my “flavour and saviour” discussion with my psych. Good to know others are benefiting from similar thought processes. One of my values, freedom: to live my life as much as possible in self autonomy, divorced from social expectations and norms that satisfy other people. Best wishes to all.

Freedom/Autonomy: That’s something that I am trying to refocus on as well. It’s tough to not allow the expectations of others influence/dictate us for sure. Thanks for sharing.

Social media tricks us into comparing our internal "blooper reel" to everyone else's "greatest hits."

Oh my gosh. I hope you are recovering. You’ve lived it first hand. Withdrawal is real and something to be taken seriously. Hope you are on the mend and staying motivated. Sending you my best wishes man.

Withdrawal is no joke, I've been through the shitter. I feel like my mind is triggered to bad stuff from the ambulance. . I don't understand. I have values. I got certified as an EMT. What does that man that I've seen too much ?? Same Dr Kim. I startTed drinking just because of what I've seen
