Recipe
WOK STIR FRY FROZEN VEGETABLES
3 to 4 cups frozen vegetables
2 to 2 cups fresh vegetables (optional)
4 oz. meat (ground pork)
3tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons Chinese oyster sauce
cooking method:
Thaw out vegetables by taking out of frreezer. For still frozen vegetables,
pour boiling water over the vegetables. Strain the vegetables and let dry.
Repeat with boiling water if vegetables are still frozen. Let vegetables dry
out.
Preheat a wok or pan on high heat. Add cooking oil Then add chopped
ginger and chopped garlic. Move ginger and garlic to the edge. Add
meat of your choice. I'm using ground pork and stir fry for 30 to 45 seconds.
Add grozen vegetables and briefly stir fry. Add salt, soy sauce and Chinese
oyster sauce. Stir fry briefly. Add fresh vegetables in the last
minute otr two |(optional). Stir fry until all the vegetables are hot
and cooked all the way through. Serve on a nice plate. Enjoy!
