You pretty much have to make your own bag like this because the new bags on the market aren't filled enough. I plan on stuffing a Zeekio Rage bag with some extra fill to make it more like I want. I'm just trying to figure out how I'm going to cut the stitching to allow it to be filled more. You make some awesome hacky sacks! Good video!

Ultrasuede light is the best material, you can get it from online from fields fabrics. For your first few bags you can use any thin non-woven fabric from your local fabric store. (non-woven fabrics won't fray)

@GaryGargan Thanks, and no problem about the response time. I have another question though, is that jar of pellets you ordered the smallest amount of pellets you could get? because that seems like quite a lot. Also, if you remember what specific diameter they are, that would be a great help as well!

@MrTrickshots1 I use UltraSuede Light, the best source for this is Fields Fabrics online. You can buy as little as 1/8 of a yard which is good because USL is expensive, plus you can make a lot of bags with one strip of fabric. You can sew with other fabrics, but USL is one of the best. Good Luck.

@losthawks102 You can experiment with any non-woven fabric. A woven fabric will fray and drop a stitch. Ultra Suede Light and Amaretta are the preferred fabric though they can be hard to find locally.

@andrewbentley83 Nope. I have filled them with sand but they always leak a little bit. However if sand is what you have then you can always refill the bag through the bleed holes every couple of weeks.

@License2chill15 - I print out pattern on ordinary paper. I then glue or tape the panels to some thin clear plastic. I then use and Xacto art knife to cut out the panels. There are easier ways to make stencils; for instance, you could glue the paper to card and simply cut the card with good scissors. Then instead of tracing inside the clear plastic, you trace around the outside of the cardboard pentagons and hexagons. HTH. GG.

@GaryGargan - I've made a total of 3 bags, and only one 32 panel. It took me probably 10 hours. I'm terribly slow. What size bag does this template make? Compared to a golf ball, for instance.
@ABlackRainbow

It makes the bag more round. It has a more predictable path in the air the more spherical it is. Too much and it will be rolly, and not as easy to stall, too little, it won't fly as well and it will be extra stally. 32 panels are said to be more towards the middle of the spectrum, making them the best of both worlds.

I'm pretty sure it would be 12 pentagons and 20 triangles (actually are hexagons because the corners are cut off to make 3 additional sides)

how much ultrasuede, approximately, do you need to make one of these?
@GaryGargan

@hamsterlover2325 Plastic BB's are ok, but would be best to mix in some metal BB's for better weight. BB's are big, smaller fill is better for staling. Any material that does not fray can be used. I used light leather once but it was very hard to sew. To make a bigger bag use a larger stencil, (larger panels)

The link to the site is no longer working, sorry. Not sure where to get the stencils otherwise. Most folk cut a pentagon and hexagon and trace around the outside, I use flexible cutting board plastic and cut out the hexagons and pentgons. Then it is quick to outline the panels. Any thick clear plastic should work. Good Luck.
