#askGMBNtech Just topped up the sealant on one of my rigs, but don't remember the make i put in in the first place - question: will mixing different sealants trigger it? And are there combinations where we get away with it?! Anyone know?!

#askGMBNTech Is "Dynaplug" a safe product to use for fixing punctures? The steel top of the plug will sit on the inside of the tube. Doesn't this damage the inside of the rim on big impacts, even damaging the rimtape?

Hmm, I run 60psi and tubes with slime in there. The only time I had a puncture was when a big rusty staple made 2 big holes, it actually went down but so slowly that I ride 5 miles home before pulling out the staples at which point the tyre did start going down faster but I pumped it up more and left the holes at the bottom where more sealant was and it fixed itself, still ok a year later. Obviously 60psi is not very subtle to ride on lol but I do have full suspension and a gel seat and I'm no serious downhill rider.

From a purely educational point of view, I would love to see some suspension set-up videos with the smaller brands - Ohlins, DVO etc. How they differ from the big two? Same with some of the more cheeky bits of kit out there - like the Box One Prime 9 X-Wide, Magura brakes or dare I say some mix-matches of components (knowing that brands might not be too supportive of that content). Solid work.

The bike is solid and my Ebike conversion went great. kzitem.infoUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Very smooth ride at 30mph with no problems (135 miles ridden so far). The picture is a bit deceiving - there is WAY less space in the center of the frame than it shows. The suspension connection takes up the entire thing. So I needed to attach my battery on the bottom of the frame and my controller on the top. Instructions for assembly were lacking but honestly it wasn't too hard to figure out even though I have very little bike knowledge. Watched some youtube videos on adjusting the disk brakes but that was it. Still, I am loving it and very happy with the purchase.

I haven't gotten a puncture in almost 5 years... I use 2 inner tubes in each wheel hahahaha. I don't really care about weight that much, and punctures suuuck so to me, eliminating punctures completely justifies it. (still susceptible to pinch flats if you're not careful tho) I gut a used tube and place it between the new one (that holds the air pressure) and the tire, effectively having a tube with double the thickness. FIY: I ride a cross country hard tail on some gnarly-ish stuff sometimes, if that's important .

To anyone riding tubes still what you can do is put about 1-2 layers of gorilla tape or any tape to cover the top inside of the tyre so you have extra room between the tyre and tube then find an old inner tube in your size and cut it through the middle of the tube itself cut the valve out and put your new tube into the old tube and make sure that the old tube is lined up right which can give you sidewall protection not much but just enough, put everything back together pump it up to your pressure then hopefully you’ll never get a puncture from something in the tyre
