“You bring me joy” in my Anita Baker vocals! Love this! I use a tea rinse each wash day of either green tea mixed with hibiscus tea or a premixed herbal blend from henna sooq underneath my DC so you ALREADY know these will be put into rotation. I haven’t used a tea as a spritz before so I’ll need to see what’s up with that. Thanks curlfriend for keeping me on track with my hairs goals because in a minute I’m gonna be able to say “TWA where?” XOX

Nice video! I love these herbs. When I make teas with fenugreek seeds, I usually put it in the blender with some extra water. They are soft so it blends easily. The fenugreek will release a mucilage. I then put it through my nutmilk bag to remove any large particles that may get stuck in my hair. It works as a nice treatment and the slip from it is crazy!!!

Have you tried a scalp detox? Are you intolerant to ALL oils or specific oils? Jojoba oil is most similar to the sebum our hair naturally produces so that might be a viable option to try. If that's not an option, detox your scalp and stick to water based treatments like the tea rinses, the spritz, exfoliation, masks etc. (That can do on your scalp)
@NAWIBU84

@@ProudMane every time I try using any oil on my scalp within a few days my scalp gets to itching like crazy. My scalp just likes to be clear of everything. And no I haven’t done a scalp detox...will you do a video on them?? I’m going to definitely try these rinses tho.

Maybe avoid the fenugreek. It appears to work like a protein. You might protein sensitive or that type of protein does not work well for you like in my case. I try fenugreek 2 times in my hair journey and it fail so bad. Same goes for rice water, oat. But keratin protein works fine on my hair.
