i am STRICTLY a hands on learner and i haven’t been able to find a single video explaining how to do this or how to do that, that my brain can comprehend and understand what’s going on and how to do it. but YOU explain things in SUCH detail with such good examples/videos. i am superrrr happy i found you😁😭

Very well presented! You speak clearly, your expressions are warm and encourage confidence, and you use information that is visual along with verbal instruction that puts the watcher at ease; great coaching without assuming technical understanding on behalf of the viewer. Five stars!

Love your videos! I really want my horse to be happy and content whenever I work with him or on the saddle, but I know that it starts with their diet, could you maybe do a video on your feeding routine or tips of feeding?

can you train the horse to do this by turning in the seat in the direction you want it to turn?

How do you teach a horse to move off your leg?
@CarmellaAbel
4 жыл бұрын
Great question! For me, it all begins with groundwork. Groundwork helps them to learn how to properly respond to pressure being applied. Believe it or not, but a horse stepping out of your personal space can correlate to a horse stepping away from your leg pressure when in the saddle. A great way to start teaching the horse to move off of your leg is by working on turn-on-the-forehand/haunches exercises.

great visual and great way that you explain how to do it but you tend to talk too much
