Try changing the capacitors I’ve had them fail quite a few times

@@waseemkhaliq933 Salam Waseem the capacitors are usually the first components to fail on the circuit board if not also the relays but generally I’ve changed more capacitors than anything else,Obviously if it’s a cheap PCB circuit board then you can replace the whole board but with a new board is £300 a 5 or 6 pound repair is more cost-effective

@@SalimKhan-gk1fh ok Masha Allah thats good to know but their is quite a few capacitors on the board.i have worked on vaillants for over 10 years and we had a lot of f60 to f64 faults which are normally the board I have replaced a lot of them I generally new about the relays as they do go faulty but never about the capacitors. Where are you based and are you working for yourself

@@waseemkhaliq933 I am based in Brighton on the south coast but do not work in the heating industry anymore for over five years now . I do remember we used to use a hairdryer on the capacitors then the boiler used to fire up normallyAfter being warmed up a bit this was more so on the glowworms heating industry has changed too much nobody wants to work it’s become a throwaway society with boiler has been replaced for very very simple faults
