Hi today I have tested rings bodyweight strength system from gymnastics Forza, which is really consists of rings, straps and adjustable belt.
There are plenty of compound exercises that you can do and focus on the performance of shoulders, lower back, pecs, lats and abs.
Different body planes use creates a great approach for a different skills development with different angles which allows to target desirable elements training.
The rings system takes around 50% of your bodyweight and makes a great assistance, therefore technique becomes more efficient and understandable.
The good thing you can set up those rings anywhere even on the branch of tree.
Besides general strength conditioning the variety of skills that you can do is huge: planche, hspu, maltese, front and back levers, press handstands, muscle ups, iron cross, upside down cross and if someone is willing to pull the rings on the side even some basic tumbling skills like back tuck for instance.
