Coconut Macaroons
3 egg whites
100 ml sugar
1 pack of vanillin
200 gr coconut
200 gr milk chocolate
Put 100 ml sugar, 1 pack of vanillin and 3 egg whites in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until mixed. Add 200 gr coconut and mix with a spatula.
Take walnut-sized pieces, shape them and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Melt 200 gr milk chocolate using a bain-marie and dip the base of our balls in chocolate. Put the remaining chocolate in a bag and cut a small hole. Decorate the balls. You can serve after the chocolate has cooled.
