Hey Jesse, I've been wondering about one detail you fail to neglect in just about every tutorial, I was wondering about the defenders feet. I use different moves based on the stance of my defender, and trying to force them to do something I want them to do but I've never really heard you talk about that. Like at what point in respect to what the defender is doing, should I use the move you're teaching. I've had to learn it by putting it into practical situations which is great but I'd still love it if you could include something like that.

Well, this senior year, I came to every practice, still ride the bench, I guess Coach thought I still wasn't as the other players. So in practice, I would try my best to do what the coach wants me to do that would benefit the team and sometimes I would still play my game, but be smart about it. However, I noticed in some players only the JV Coach noticed that I was actually working to get more playing time. Some games I wouldn't even play. I would ask Coach why I didn't play this game just to be curious. The times I get in the game would be like 3-4 minutes at the end of the 2nd quarter. Now, I can handle the ball, shoot (but I think I had bad confidence shooting which why I missed most of my threes), played my ass off on defense, and I knew the plays. Some of my friends even said I was good, and I should've played more. But, I didn't know what to do at that point, the season was over with at this point. Planning on playing JUCO. Now, I found out that one of my teammates and he was junior, and was the captain of the team (Now, the Coach knows this player from his middle school team and this year he's coaching varsity, so I see why he would make him captain I guess). So the captain would tell the Coach to take me out of the game sometimes and not even let me play in a game. The only good game I had was senior night because I was starting, I had 12 pts, 1 assist, 3 rebs, 2 steals, and 1 block.
