Now I know where my spine is located on a battle belt! Solid, bro! 😀

Why not flip the hsgi belt upside down the the riser portion in the rear of the belt is not rubbing constantly and so your ifac and sit more securely on it instead of bouncing so much as you run
@BBWarrior13

If I flip the belt over I don’t like the fit of the belt...but the IFAK doesn’t bounce when I move...even if I flip the belt around there would be more secure due to the same amount of Molle on the belt

Great review, I have one of these in black and is comfortable to wear. Does anyone know how to weave in the inner belt through the loops? I find the inner belt velcro stops me from mounting the holster (Safariland UBS with QLS Fork, same as the video) to my holster and a T Rex Arms dump pouch I have.

So the way i was able to weave my belt was to us stiff leather belt of riggers belt or even a yard stick to separate the two pieces of belt. Also I found it easier to take the cobra buckle off the belt when doing this.

@@BBWarrior13 Ah cheers! Did a bit of research and found a video showing this, tried it myself and it works perfectly. Have all my stuff on now and ready to go. Thanks for the handy tip :)

I don't understand their directions about how much gap for the front of the belt. For example, if I wanted two inches of gap on each end, is the gap amount I subtract from my waist measurement a total of the two ends; i.e. 4 inches? It doesn't appear that you have any gap in front of your belt. Is that the case? If so, do you think that's better than having a gap? I just wanted to give myself space to grab the ends of the Cobra belt to buckle it more easily.

Now I am not rocket surgeon but your waist size is a circumference. If you want to have a gap between each end of the belt then you shouldn't be subtract. This will make the circle smaller which will make it tighter...making it harder to grab you buckle as you as you say "easily".

@@BBWarrior13 , I'm no rocket scientist, either; which is why High Speed Gear's instructions are needlessly confusing. This is straight from their website. "FIRST, DETERMINE THE SIZE GAP YOU WANT IN FRONT BETWEEN ENDS OF THE BELT. MANY PEOPLE PREFER AS LITTLE GAP AS POSSIBLE TO OFFER MORE MOLLE REAL ESTATE TOWARD THE FRONT. ONCE YOU HAVE THIS DECIDED, TAKE A TAPE MEASURE AROUND YOUR WAIST WHILE WEARING YOUR EVERYDAY BELT. DO NOT BASE YOUR BELT MEASUREMENT ON YOUR PANT SIZE. FINALLY, SUBTRACT THE GAP YOU WANT FROM THE WAIST MEASUREMENT. ORDER THE PADDED BELT CLOSEST TO THIS FINAL MEASUREMENT. IF YOU CHOOSE THE COBRA® BELT, YOU WILL NEED TO GO UP A FEW INCHES FROM YOUR STANDARD BELT SIZE TO ACCOMMODATE THE ADDED GIRTH CREATED BY PADDED BELT."

Is the cobra doing you good? Thinking about getting the slim grip in laser cut with the duty belt for a cheaper setup, but will it suck?

BB_ Warrior13 nice. Rethinking my choice, might go for the cobra instead. Still, really cool belt setup..
