材料:
寶石魚 1尾 (或鱸魚)
黃耆 20公克
枸杞 15公克
紅棗 15公克 (6-8 顆)
老薑 6片
水 1000CC
米酒 4大匙
鹽 少許
做法:
把食材洗淨瀝乾水份。
在湯鍋中加入水、黃耆、 紅棗、 枸杞、老薑煮沸,轉中小火煮約10分鐘。
把魚切大塊,魚塊用鹽醃一下,夾入少許薑絲,淋上米酒。
再加入魚塊連米酒煮沸,再轉小火煮8-10分鐘。
用鹽調整味道。
Astragalus, Goji, Dried Red Dates and Fish Soup
Ingredients:
1 Jade Perch
20g Astragalus
15g Goji
15g Dried red dates
6 slices ginger
1000c.c. water
4 tbsp rice wine
Salt to taste
Method:
Clean all the ingredients, rinse and set aside.
Pour the water, Astragalus, goji, dried red dates, ginger into a pot and bring it to a boil. And then lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes.
Cut jade perch into large pieces. Sprinkle the salt and stuff some sliced ginger, pour over some rice wine and set aside.
Add the fish into the soup with the rice wine, bring it to a boil and then lower the heat, cook for 8-10 minutes.
Salt to taste.
