Ingredients for skin :
250g glutinous rice flour
30g tapioca flour
40g caster sugar
2 tbsp oil
*250ml ramie leaves mixture
Ingredients for peanut filling :
300g roasted peanuts
100g caster sugar
1/4 tsp salt
*60g dried ramie leaves
700ml water
1/2 tsp alkaline water
Method: Cook the ramie leaves until softened. Blend in a food processor until smooth and fine, dish up and set aside leave to cool.
