I used to love 16@ MP, it's a great indicator of your marathon pace. So I'd say you are in 2.35/2.36 shape. Now to execute!

Andy on the half marathon perplex, I reckon you may now be pretty close to race conditions and maybe you should get into taper mode..?

Yeah I’m actually swaying towards not racing now… I’m a bit concerned I’m in prime shape and if I blow my load on a half course, I’ll empty the tank for the real race. So I’ll keep the fatigue high in the legs for this week and next and then bring things down

Amazing, see you there! Since recording, I’ve scrapped the idea… I’ve decided to get one more big week under my belt instead so no longer considering… jt was bourton hilly half though as it’s a Gloucestershire championship race

Thanks! Ah only 10/15 minutes, usually when the kids have gone to bed and I’d be sitting on the sofa… I shift onto the floor and do some hip / glute stretches and mobility moves
