Water - 2 cups (To soak)
Water - 2 cups (To boil)
Salt - 1 tsp (As per taste)
1) Classic Hummus recipe :
Boiled Chana / Chickpeas - 1 & 1/2 cup
Tahini sauce - 2 tbsp
Thick Curd - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp (As per taste)
Olive oil - Total 7 Tbsp (Add in batches)
2) Peri Peri Hummus recipe :
Boiled Chana / Chickpeas - 1 & 1/2 cup
Tahini sauce - 2 tbsp
Thick Curd - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp (As per taste)
Olive oil - Total 5 Tbsp (Add in batches)
