Wenn du dir einen Rückenstrecker kaufen willst, so empfehle ich dir einige Modelle im Sportgeschäft auszuprobieren. Die BRT200 Hantelbank habe ich im Internet gekauft. Leider hat das Liegepolster mir an den Knien leicht gedrückt (bin 1,78 m groß). Ich kann diesen Rückenstrecker nicht empfehlen.

Das sind 3 Optionen für die Fixierung der Füße. Eine Übungsvariante wäre das auf- und abrollen des Oberkörpers.

Wäre der Oberkörper steif wie ein Brett, so könntest Du auch keine Cruches machen. Bei Hyperextensions ist es nur die umgekehrte Bewegung. Probiere es mal aus. 🤛

Ich schneide die Videos mit Final Cut Pro X. Übrigens drehe ich gerade ein neues Video, indem ich zeige wie man mit Hilfe einer Klimmzugstange auch die untere Rückenmuskulatur trainieren kann.

Question - if my whole leg from thigh to foot is on the bench while doing this, is that improper technique? Is it targeting some other muscle in that case? ( your examples only have 2 point contact - at pelvis and at foot, the part between that is floating)

Your whole leg can be on the bench. But it has to be tied up so that you don't tip over. The feet under the bench are a fixation.

Makes sense. I am using a hacky solution to keep leg attached - using a cheap egg bar (tricep bar), put it on underside of bench, put ankle in two side slots of tricep bar and then move leg up. As the bar is on underside, the bench will stop it from moving up when my leg pulls.

Also, to stop the bench from tipping over - added some counter weight on other side.
