Eating and training like jonathon majors kang the conquer
Thanos was able to wipe out half of the universe with the snap of a finger. He’s the most dangerous being in all of the mcu, or at least he was until Jonathan majors aka kang the conqueror gained a substantial 20lbs of muscle. Completely naturally 😉
Jonathan majors has been in countless films as of late and recently put on a large amount of muscle for his role as kang and Damian Anderson in creed 3
Like all celebrities he did this completely naturally by simply following his trainers diet and routine.

Jonathan majors follows a strict diet where he eats 5 times a day.
Meal 1 -
Ground turkey
brown rice
green beans
Meal 2 -
Protein shake
Banana
Meal 3 -
Chicken
Spinach
Meal 4 -
Greek Yogurt
Berries
Meal 5 -
Ground bison
Asparagus

Despite Jonathan's physique, Overall I think his workout isn’t that effective.
I would recommend a 4 day lifting schedule, alternatively push and pull giving enough time for adequate rest and recovery
Jonathan majors is one of the most sought after actors right now, with roles in some of the highest grossing franchises it wouldn’t make sense for someone like him to not be on some form of gear. The sheer amount of money at stake would be enough to have him needing to be a peak condition both physically and mentally.
Overall his diet is manageable if you have the time to cook all these meals. For most people this amount of cooking wouldn’t work. I do intermittent fasting since I like to cook less often and save calories for later into the evening.
Sadly this diet and workout plan didn’t turn me into a villain but hopefully it has gotten me one step closer to being in a marvel movie.
