I think mom could do (and has done) this. It's just rare that it happens, and probably why I order it from Jollibee more often than not. I usually add a dash of hot sauce on my gravy, but that's just because I favor a little spicy kick in my food. I am always happy to see these things in each video: 1. how the food is made, 2. your honest reaction to it and how you improvise, 3. my own thoughts about making and enjoying food (because your videos always make me more curious about the process).

One good tip is to use the same pan the burgers were cooked in, and just add a bit more oil if the fat from the beef is not enough before putting the flour in. That way, you can maximize the flavor of the beef that was left in the pan. It's really important to cook out flour because raw flour tastes really unpleasant. Also, I was pleasantly surprised when you used Knorr Beef Cubes to flavor your sauce. Still a job well done!

But not all restaurants..and it is called Salisbury Steak..they serve it with mashed potatoes with boiled corn kernels, carrots and green peas..this are American Influenced food…it is pricy though thats why it is served in a bit highend restaurants.. our family used to eat them at The Plaza Restaurant in Makati City..as far as i know,it is a subsidiary restaurant of The Aristocrat Restaurant which is the house of original Chicken Barbeque in the Philippines…Philippine dishes are influenced by Spanish,American and Chinese mostly and of course our own dishes also..happy eating.😋
